I was not pleased with my order from beyond the rackI purchased a comforter from the company.It has been three weeks, so I called to check on the statusThe young man told me that they did not know when the merchandise would arrived at their establishmentI proceeded to tell them that I was moving to another state and purchased it in a timely manner to receive it.The shipping was He told me that I can cancel the order, which will take twenty four hours to process and five to seven days to have the money placed back on my card I don't think I will purchase anything else from themA big inconvenience
I was not happy with my first contact with Beyond the Rack I ordered an item which cost and was charged to ship it Item was too small, so I was going to exchange it They included an RS label but the fine print said I would be billed another I emailed them to find out if they were going to charge for shipping the new item to me and was told "yes"
So, for an item that cost and weighed oz., I was going to have to pay in shipping charges Does this make any sense??
I sent it back to them by USPS which cost me
I am very unhappy with this company I had ordered a comforter set back in February and they charged my credit card before it even shipped I called on my delivery for three months and got nothing but the run around Then you gave me a credit in which I was fine with But when I went to go use the credit it was gone off my account Now they area telling me that my $credit is no longer available and they will not honor it So not only did I never get my product but they also took my money and wouldn't give it back Very poor business and they took $dollars from me All they are is thieves Wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything
You have to really search for a good deal and hope you get the high quality your looking forHalf of the brands and "designers" on the site I never heard of and when you search the web for said designer the only information that comes up is from sites like Beyond the RackQuality of the merchandise is fair at best - you can tell that it is a knock offShipping takes twice or even three times as long as shipping - which I can understand biased on how they explain it - but if you order multiple items you get multiple packages at different times, which seems like a waste of time, money and materialsYou can return your items unlike some other similar sites but you get BTR credit, so you can spend it on something else that's not worth itBTR is projecting negatively on the real designers - you purchase a Michael Kors product but what you get is a cheaply made Michael Kors productSave your money and time
This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with! I just opened up a dispute through paypalI ordered a michael kors item that said it would ship within daysa month and a half later it still hasn't shipped and on the website my order just says 'on track'I have even tried to contact the customer service twice with no responsesI was only about wondering an estimate of when they were planning to ship my purchase but this company is so sketchy I now am wanting a full refundI should have known better than to trust them because when I first made an account for the website they sent me a coupon code for 10% off (like most online businesses) however when I entered the code immediately after it was sent to my email the code was invalid so I double checked copy and pasted until I finally emailed customer service about it and their response was it had already been used and even gave me the persons email address and location and didnt even give me a new one
Ordered a pair of Ray Ban Glasses, that they say were guaranteed authentic, however upon receiving them they are 100% Chinese knock offs. Will not refund money will only give store credit. Do not trust stay away
