I ordered flowers on Oct 11 on the internet, Order#XXXXXX. They were to be delivered today, 10/13 for a funeral in *** They were not delivered.
I was never notified there was a problem, but of course my money was taken. I have contacted them 2 times today and have been told someone would call me back, and of course I haven't heard a word. I will never again do business with them, I want a refund as soon as possible. I have my receipt. They do not provide good customer service, the phone just rings and rings.
I want my money back, $96.20 charged on my debit card!!!
We have just received a letter dated 11/14/17 stating that this has been unanswered, however we have not received the 2 previous letters listed in the correspondence. This complaint was handled with the customer on Monday 11/16/2017. We spoke to her over the phone (after leaving a voicemail and returning an email from her). She has not been charged for this order. Please let us know what we can do at this point to remove the complaint from your website. We can provide call records, emails, notes, etc. if needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
