I contacted Mr. [redacted] after reading his complaint. I admitted our personnel made a mistake and only charged him for 150 gallons instead of the 200 gallons which he ordered and he also received. His comment was that was our problem and not his. When I asked him if we had over...
charged him, would it be our right to keep the overage since he would have agreed to that price unknowingly, his response was that if we had overcharged him we would have never told him and simply kept the money. Mr. [redacted] wanted to be combative during the entire conversation and at that point, I told him we would write off the difference and take the loss.
