On April 25, I called Hamilton Parker Company to let them know that we have a problem with our Garage DoorThe reason we called them is because they installed the door approxyears agoMy call was in reference to a TOP SUPPORT BEAM ON THE DOOR Problems and we talked to Customer Service Rep name of MarkMark responded that we can send a Service Rep out to fix the door because he thought at the time that the beam could be fixed (his words exactly we will have a Rep come out first thing in the morning between the hours of 8-AM and that he normally will have the replacement Beam on the Truck)I then indicated to him since we purchased the door from Hamilton Parker will there be any Service Charge from the company to evaluate the damages? and the answer was NO we just need to know the extent of the damage and whether the Door can be Repaired and I said OK goodThe Rep Arrived at my Home April 26, approx8:AM and looked at the door and within minutes of evaluating t
