Not professional at all, kept calling me for a bill that was not owed. When trying to call them back and speak to the particular person they refused to let me speak to him. In addition I was reported to the credit bureau

They keep calling me about a bill I have never seen. I ask them to please send the bill and they refuse. Caller is nasty and rude.

This collection agency has repeatedly contacted me in regards to my fathers collection debt. I have repeatedly told the representatives that they are calling the wrong individual and that I do not have any contact with my father. They are now harrassing me by calling me all the time asking if I am him and I have repeatedly told them wrong person. If I receive one more phone call from this collection agency I am contacting my lawyer because its now harrassement. I would like this collection agency to stop calling me.

This place has someone called Dorothy ***, who calls consistently, and it is very annoying - I know they'll hound me until the debt is resolved, and other than missing a month or being later than usual, I've paid what I said I would pay. I'm down to the last $22 and I CANNOT wait until it's paid! I finally blocked the number, and she still finds a sneaky way to call, it doesn't show the ph number anymore, but a #1 - and I don't answer anyway, but she'll leave the same messages up to 2-3 x a day...totally a waste of time. They try to make it difficult for everyone I guess. Even those who are making a valid attempt to pay the bill!!
