I am rejecting this response because:
Congress Holdings property manager *** *** did not address safety concerns nor agree to fix the issueAdditionally, *** was dishonest when speaking with my office leader regarding this issue, by saying it was unclear whether I had fallen, when I informed her via email that I had fallen down while walking from my car to the office building due to the slick pavementI have also attached a picture of the parked car that was sliding out of its parking space, for record

last 30 years. The sealant thatwas applied in the parking lot was done so according to the manufacturer's specifications.As you are aware, as surfaces get wet, they get slippery.
