electronic equipment that had not been removed. There were no signs of force entry. The hotel provides all guest with in rooms safes were all their belonging can be properly secure. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] he was asked, "why had he not used his safe". He stated that it was not open, but he never contacted the front desk or security for assistance in opening the safe. Mr.[redacted] has been informed that this claim will be turned over to the hotel insurance company and he was advised to contact the Chicago police to file a report. As for his tickets to the concert and cubs game, Mr. [redacted] stated that he did not miss any of the two events, he was able to attend the concert and game.
