I do commend these guys for their honestyI have an allergy problems and when I visit my doctor he told me that it might be something to do with my HVAC systemI called other HVAC contractor around my area they suggested that it may be caused by my air ductsAfter which, I called Kevin and he checked on my air ductsUpon checking he told me that air ducts were clean since my system is newI do save a lot! Hello, it was $350! Though I have not needed their service their honesty something that will truly value!

I mean IMAGINE that!!! I'm so glad I got a second opinion! My AC went out last week so I called an HVAC companyIt took the technician approximately minutes to tell me it would take $to fix my AC or $to replace itI paid my service fee and told him that I will think about itI'm so thankful I called for a second opinionI called CongressionalThey were here a few hours and got it running! I'm so thankful to them! And it was no where near $to fix it! I highly recommend them! They are honest, prompt, careful and they didn't give up until they found the source that was keeping my unit from working properly! My home is nice and cool!

I did a lot of research as I was deciding between congressional HVAC and another companyThroughout the process, they were very patient and honest.The most important lesson I learned is that the manufacturer is much less important than who does the workThey did a great job for a very reasonable price and I would recommend them strongly

I really have no other experiences to compare around the area since I just moved around here. All I know is that they were good. My unit went out, called them and they came out the next day. For the new thermostat it was $65 with 1 year warrantee, whatever that is.

After reading reviews in here, I decided that I would give them a try since reviews in here were positive. Cut the story short. They showed up early than I expected prior to my appointment. Kevin diagnosed my furnace. Discussed what wet wrong and immediately get the needed parts, returned, and repaired our broken unit.

I don’t know what actually happened to our heater. It was overheating to 160 degrees and then quit hitting all together! What I did was called this very reliable guy named Kevin who works his HVAC magic in my heater. He came up on time and explained everything to me. It felt like I was dealing with professionals they do really know their business and want to help their customers. Trustworthy and very upfront!
