Had about sq feet installed back in 2012, by *** and his crewSince then we have tried several times to arrange for the company to come out and do maintenanceThey schedule, then rescheduled and simply just do not show upExtremely unreliable and very poor customer serviceThere are plenty of other companies looking for business and referralsStay far away from these guys

I called these guys because I had two referals from previous customers They arrived to give estimate on time, two people; *** *** and *** They seemed like the perfect company to do the paver work desired The estimate I received was less than I expected (should have been first clue), I gave them $for half of quoted work to be completed (if not for the referals I would have not done that) Since then it has been promise after promise, all by text or email until now There is no contact nowI don't think they ever intended on doing the work from the beginning I have no idea how people can be so desperate as to do this!

Initially, I was very pleased with the work done. However, within a few weeks, there were weeds and grasses growing up through the rocks. Multiple phone calls and e-mails resulted in promises to fix problems, but work was not accomplished. Finally, owner did not respond to calls and I was forced to contract with someone else to treat the grounds to prevent excess growth. This treatment has been done approximately 6 times, at, obviously, additional cost to me. Have minimal issues with weeds now, but still have large amounts of "nut grass" popping through. The last letter sent to the company, with copies of statements from landscaper doing work, was returned to me!

[redacted] (owner) from Global Turf AZ took deposit and did not show up for work to be done. Once contacted had excuse of double booked and work was rescheduled for next day. Next day same thing, no show. Owner said had problems with pavers and rock and would now be coming saturday. Saturday was another no show. Owner refuses to repay deposit and NO work was ever started.
