Review: I received a outpatient medical procedure in July at Congressional OB Gyn , which also a surgical center onsite, Congressional Surgical Center. At the time of surgery, the center said that I had to pay $300 because my deductible had not been met. I late found out that my deductible had been met. I have been told by the companies billing department that I'm due back $256, however, every time I call to see if the money is being sent to me, the front desk staff says, " We are still waiting for the doctor to sign off on the check." It is now he end of November and I still have not received this check.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that they owe me.

We are in receipt of your letters dated December 2, 2013 and December 11,2013 regarding a complaint submitted on 11/30/2013 assigned ID [redacted].
The patient was informed that her deductible had not been met according to her insurance. The insurance company processed her claims and later informed us that the patient ([redacted]) had met her deductible.
We settled with this patient on December 3, 2013 and issued her a check in the amount of $257.58, check #[redacted].
