If there were a way to give no stars or negative stars I would rate at a minus 25. This company is horrible. Upper management including the CEO Tim Fournier has knowledge of the corrupt, illegal and abuse going on at their apartment complexes but chooses to do nothing about it. They hire untrained property managers who treat their tenants with disrespect and do nothing about the abuse, corruption, crime and drug activity effecting good tenants. This is occurring in properties where there are vulnerable, disabled senior citizens who are defenseless. They should be shut down for the mismanagement if their Fort Hill property in Ontario County, Canandaigua, New York 14424.
