Please read the description *** *** gives in this report, it is accurateHe broke lease, I was not required to give him any of his deposit back because of the breach of contractI told him if he left the property clean, returned the keys
and moved out immediately I would give him half of the deposit back to himWhen I had not heard back from him after his move out, I called repeatedly trying to get the keysWe could not list or release the home until confirmation and his keys were in our handsHe did not contact us and returned the keys weeks late

*** was well aware that I gave the option to leave the key in the mailbox because I did not own a vehicle at that time to physically give him the keyI stressed that so much to him because the location of the office was far away from the address being discussedI called him 7/and told him that the apartment was cleaned and moved out ofHe claims he needed confirmation I was gone however you're the property owner and you have your own set of keys to access the propertyI made calls in regards to the deposit, moving out early and dropping the keys offWe also discussed that a current tenant living above me was interested in my unit*** was unprofessional at returning my calls in a timely fashionAgain we verbally discussed a return on the deposit and to be moved out by 7/to not owe rent for JulyAll in all, if you read *** explanation he pleads that my description is correct, however he follows to defend what he did was ethical because he did not return my voicemails

As I explained I made calls and STRESSED that I had no vehicle or transportation to the office and would like to leave it in the mailboxMy voicemail was not responded to in a timely mannerIf I do not have any transportation and I asked to leave them in the mailbox but I'm asked to drop the keys off, how are the keys supposed to be in their possession?
Clearly it was impossible to drop the keys until I had transportation, which is what he is stating two weeks later

I made calls in regards to the deposit, moving out early and dropping the keys off(His explanation)
Here is what he needed to do too get his deposit back;
move out, clean the apartment and return the keys
He did not return the keysI tried to call for weeks to get the keys he did not respond
