I ordered and paid for school supplies for my son that were to be delivered by August 8. Still haven't received them and no answers to why.this sums it up in an email I sent to [redacted] in hopes for a solutionHey [redacted] I'm sending you this message out of pure frustration. My son is in the 5th grade and [redacted] They had a link this year where you could order school supplies online and they would be delivered before the first day of class(August 8). I thought this was a wonderful idea. I assumed this was a reputable site since the county was advertising it. I was so excited thinking about the hassle it would save. I thought this will be the best $67.41 I've ever spent...WRONG!!! This has been a complete nightmare! It is now August 19, and still no supplies. I have sent multiple emails and left several messages to Conley. I have yet to receive any communication back. Nobody has any answers on what the hold-up is. I think this is completely unprofessional and ridiculous that nobody knows where the supplies are and when we might possibly get them considering I paid my money back in July. It is my understanding that several Desoto county schools have been affected. Back to school to always a big transition anyway, so it would have been great to not have the added drama. I was hoping you could get us all some answers! Conley School Supplies website was posted on my child school's website. I ordered one school supply box on Friday, July 26 and called to confirmed a delivery date for my order. The rep reassured me, my child's order would be delivered to her school no later than Friday, August 2. My credit card was debit of the purchase amount on Tuesday, July 30. As of Friday (Aug. 2), I never received a delivery confirmation of my order and the status was still showing "Awaiting Fulfillment". I attempted to contact the company by the numbers posted on their website for a full refund; however, one number was temporary disable (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) and the other number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) nobody ever returned my call. I contacted the school and they wasn't aware of any school supplies scheduled to be delivered by this company to their school; and had different contact information/numbers (which also was disconnected)for this company !!Order_Number: 2337Desired SettlementI would like a full refund credited back to my credit card as soon as possible !!!Business' Initial Response We did experience a problem with the new order system this season, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I ordered my sons school supplies online on July, 12th 2013. We have not received them & after several calls/emails no one will return my call/email.I placed an order online with Conley School supplies back on July 12th, 2013 for my sons school supplies. I paid extra to have the supplies delivered to our home to ensure we would have them on time and be prepared for the first day of school. I processed the order, and received an order confirmation. My order was #1133, and I expected the supplies to arrive in a couple weeks. August 1st came and still NO supplies, it was meet the teacher night at school. On my way to meet the teacher I called Conley school supplies and left a message for someone to call me back regarding my order. I never received a call back. We went to meet the teacher with no supplies, I told her that we ordered them online from Conley School Supplies and had not received them. She understood, and said several other parents were having the same problem. After another call and still no response, I decided to give them a couple more days. So, the first day of school approaches August, 8th and still my son has NO supplies. I still have not received a call back. Well I went and picked him up from school and got home and there was a [redacted] door tag on our door. With a door tag #, but no tracking #. [redacted] made 1 attempt to deliver the supplies at 6:00pm that Thursday. After multiple calls to [redacted], and even going to 2 different [redacted] locations they could not find my order nor did they have any information. They said I would have to contact the sender. Well here we are August the 14th, my son is on his 5th day of school with still no supplies. I have called they're office probably close to 20 times, I have even emailed the president of the company 7 times. I got one email from him on Sunday apologizing for the inconvenience, requesting my order number so they could take care of it. It is now 3 days later and even after 3 more calls, 2 messages, and 4 emails I still have not heard anything! School supplies ordered in early June. Company confirmed that goods would be delivered by July 30. School has started and no supplies delivered.A school supply bundle was ordered in late June. When confirming payment with Conley, a representative indicated that supplies would be delivered to the school by July 30. School started on Aug. 8 and no supplies had been delivered. It is the fourth day of school and the school confirmed to me that the supplies had not yet been delivered. I've left several messages for the business and no reply has been recieved. Complaint2 Backpacks were purchased via [redacted] Website on July 11, 2013 using [redacted] After many attempts to contact CSS, no delivery has been made.On July 11, 2013, I purchased 2 Kindergarten girl generic backpacks full of school supplies from CSS via the [redacted] website, using [redacted] is a mission project for our church, The [redacted] and I left the names blank (printed TOF) but had my cell as the contact information. On August 3, an unnamed gentleman left a voicemail on my cell saying there had been an unexpected delay and to please call CSS. I have repeatedly called the number he left, XXX-XXX-XXXX as well as the numbers listed on the website. No one has ever answered or returned messages. Today, I see on the news that [redacted] schools are filing charges due to non-delivery of supplies to that school system. I have filed a non-delivery complaint with [redacted] and will also with my credit card company. This quote on the CSS website is still there: "Most important, children are prepared for the first day of school!" The first day of school was August 5, it is now August 28. Sad, because these were for underprivileged children who may not have the means to afford the supplies themselves. Doubly shocked to read the reviews of the Quality of the supplies that WERE delivered to some of the schools on the [redacted] website under the news story regarding CSS. Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of the $128.92 back to my [redacted] account so that I can purchase quality products or help the children of [redacted] in other ways now that the first day of school has long since passed. We do admit due to a limited amount of staff there was a delay in returning messages, however we did inform the school backpacks were on backorder and they were delivered when we received them. The claims we have been sued due to non-delivery is not accurate. There was a delay in delivery of merchandise due to a logistical glitch in the order system we upgraded to this year, which did not pull out 100% of the orders for the manifest. We processed over 2500 orders and less than 100 orders did not print. We have been diligently working to deliver the remaining orders or issue refunds requested.

School supplied were paid for and not delivered!!!!I ordered two school supply kits that were suppose to be available for the first day of school in [redacted] county. One child received her complete list of supplies my son however a fourth grader at horn lake intermediate received only storage bags and Kleenex only...... Not one single pencil, notebook , anything. We are now starting the fourth week of school and I can not afford to pay for these school supplies twice. I have called and left messages several times as well as emails but there has yet to be a reply given. Where are my supplies???
