Here is the response from the Loan Officer, Rafael L*** 2/27/On November 20, I pre-qualified Mr***As part of the pre-qualification process I asked Mr*** what his credit score wasMr*** replied that his credit score was above The minimum credit score for a
conventional loan is I have been in the mortgage industry for years and I’m fully aware that the minimum credit score for a conventional loan is I have attached the pre-approval that was issued on November 20th The pre-approval is for a conventional loanIf Mr*** had told me that his credit score was I would have told him that he would not qualify for a conventional loanI would not have issued him a pre-approval for a conventional loanMr*** was not honest with me when I asked him what his credit score wasAs part of the pre-qualification process I asked Mr *** if he had any disputed accounts on his credit reportMr *** replied noOn January 12th I pulled Mr***’s credit reportWhen I saw the credit report I explained to Mr*** that we had two problemsFirst his credit score was to low because he needed a minimum credit score and that he would not be able to get a loan with disputed accounts on his credit reportI explained to Mr*** that if he went to? ***? and established an account that he could get the disputed accounts undisputed for free and that the process with take about daysMr*** replied that he needed the process to be quicker and if there was any other way he could get the disputed accounts undisputed quickerI told Mr*** that if he want to I could use the credit reporting agency that we use to get the accounts undisputed and there would be a cost of $per tradeline per bureauI told Mr*** that because he had disputed accounts on his credit report that until the disputed accounts were undisputed that I would not know if we could get his credit score above This was a decision that he had to makeHe decided to go ahead and pay for the service and not use the free serviceI never told Mr*** that if he paid for the service that he would be approved for a mortgage because his credit score was below What I told Mr*** was that after the account were undisputed that we still had to get his credit score above I have attached two credit reportsThe first one shows his credit report with the disputed accounts and the second credit reports with the disputed accounts resolvedMr*** paid to get his disputed accounts undisputed and the updated credit report shows that he got what he paid forThe accounts on his updated credit report are no longer disputedMrs*** states that I told her the the cost would be $and that the fee was over this amountWhen the payment was processed I had Mrs*** on the phone and told her exactly how much it would cost to get all the disputed account undisputed and she agreed to the fee over the phoneMrs*** states that she received a letter from credit bureau that said the disputed accounts were still disputedThe updated credit report that I have attached shows there are no disputed accounts on his credit reportMrs*** can say that her husband’s credit report still has disputed accounts but the revised credit report shows that there are no disputed accounts on his credit reportThis claim that that service was not provided is just not trueMrs*** states that she received a letter from the credit bureau that states because Mr*** had disputed accounts that he could not get a loanThis is a statementThe credit bureau do not extend creditThey only report what subscribers report to them they do not offer loansTo say that a credit bureau denied her husband a mortgage because of disputed accounts is an outright lieOnly a mortgage lender can extend or deny credit for a mortgageMrs*** states that she called me and that said I was too busy to take her call and I hung up the phoneI have attached my phone records showing that Mrs*** called me three times and the first phone calls lasted for minutes and the call was a call waiting callWhich means I was on a call with another customer and put that call on hold to take Mrs***’s callThe second call lasted one minute and the third phone last for minutesHer claim that I was too busy to take her calls is a lie according to my phone recordsAs you can see by the documentation provided that the ***’s are not telling the truthThe updated credit report shows that the disputed accounts have been resolved and are no longer disputedI have attached the credit invoice to show that the fee was paid to a third party and that the service they ordered and paid for was providedOnce the disputed accounts had been resolved I used what’s called WHAT-IF-SIMULATOR to see how we could get his credit score above (The attached invoice shows the WHAT-IF-SIMULATOR fee.)The SIMULATOR stated what Mr*** had to do to get his credit score above Mr*** could get a credit score above the only problem was that it would cost them thousands of dollars which they were not prepared to payMr*** was not honest with me when I pre-qualified him and Mrs*** has been less than truthful when filing this complaint with the Revdex.comThank you, Ralph L***
