Chapel Ridge west apartments. It's sad and unfortunate how this section 42 income restricted property takes advantage of people. They will show you a nice clean apartment then when you move in you get a gross dump that is not very clean and carpet that is so old it doesn't "pick up" when you vacuum.
The police are at this property weekly and there are some apartments with 5-7 children and multiple adults. The children at the facility are allowed to run a muck at all hours unsupervised regardless of the threats management makes to forfeit their lease. Some of the children running around are only 2 years of age, unsupervised.
The complex had been through 3 managers in a 9month time frame and there is good reason.
A month or so ago a neighbor and I were forced to call the police on an employee of the apartment due to intoxication.
When I moved in, literally while moving in, they were cleaning the carpets and after I had filled out my paperwork I noticed 2 blue stains on the carpet that I immediately took pictures of so, they are dated, and alerted the manager via phone. She advised me that taking pictures were sufficient though when asking the new managers to possibly change my carpet because it is very old and worn, they advised me they would not be I didn't note how old the carpet was nor did I mention the stains when I moved in. They are a shady money grubbing corporation. I do live here because I needed the income restrictions though I still pay $810 a month.
