To whom it may concern, We tried to resolve the problem the same way we have resolved it for years This is the first time that it did not resolve the issue It is also the first time that someone has complained about receiving bags of free product The customer contacted us and stated that the chips were burnt and in broken pieces When contacted, the customer did not request that regular chips or a different replacement be sent We can easily replace one item for another on a refund if the consumer simply makes that request That request was NOT made So the next time we ran salt and vinegar, we insured that our quality was perfect and that no broken chips were present Then we mailed those chips to the customer as a 100% free replacement Instead of being thankful that we immediately replaced their product with no questions asked, they called in and were rude and nasty The customer also left us a voicemail calling us "ignorant ***holes" That voicemail has been recorded and saved for quality assurance They were appalled that we did not send them a different flavor, even though they never asked for one We can not read the customers mind Unfortunately after being rudely harassed by the customer, we decided to cut any further communication and considered the case closed We regret that we were not able to have a better outcome Jon G***Vice PresidentConn's Potato Chip CoKemper Ct Zanesville, Ohio

We were never contacted once by the company to ask what we wanted after emailing the complaint inThey just automatically sent bags and we called spoke with the operator who also noted we should have been contacted back before anything was sent and she noted we had not been contactedShe gave us the managers extension everytime we called in and we left over or voicemails and no call was ever made back to fix this the operator kept assuring me they would call me back and was out of the office everytime we called which I know he was not accepting our call and ignoring meThe salt and vinegar chips are horrible they are downed in vinegar and they have recently changed the oil in their chips which also ruins the flavor its all over facebook so they cannot deny thatThis company is unprofessional they are beyond rude and have not once talked to me over the phone about the problem or actually emailed back all they did was send bags of chips I told them were horrible the first time instead of actually using customer service skills and calling or emailing a customer directly which the operator said should have been doneI had been a long term customer or conns but not any longer as well as my friends and family for how I was treated the general manager ignored all my calls all my emails I must have emailed the company back times and never once got a email back and no phone calls when I left voice mail after voice mail and messages with the operator she said she knew about the problem but the manager would be fixing it which he never even triedThis has gotten ridiculous they cannot call a customer or email them back to ask what would you like to be done instead of just sending out something and saying now here go away that is beyond rudeThey can mail a package and they can have back the three bags of chips back they sent and send a refund for the product as I am not buying anything else conn's and I gave them a chance to fix this which they ignored so now I want the three refunded and I paid $each bag at Big Lots so thats $they can have the nasty disgusting salt and vinegar ones back and its done but again they will not call or respond back after this I will update you if they call me or email me back ***@yahoo.com ###-###-####I am putting this here to prove they have my email and number but will ignore me as well like they have for over a monthThank you
