I purchased a washer dryer set from connsthe warranty period has expiredMy dryer quit workingIt would turn on, but never cycled into the dry cycleI called conns customer serviceAfter punching lots of numbers, i.e"press if this is an appliancePress if this is electronics"etc the first available opening for repair of my clothes dryer (which at the time had wet clothes inside) was TWO WEEKS awayYesTWO weeks The customer service agent at Conns gave me the number to the appliance maker, being Samsung That was a cluster as well The price was good, the service is not good
