I bought complete pair of hearing aid, Brand Phonak, I stated with buying Phonak VirtoB50 -312 Serial 2149W951 anPhonak
Cross B-312 Custom 2149W 952. Paid .but these unit making too much background noise, and the word spoken could hear
clearly I had to ask twice or three times. what was spoken. After complained to your agent Connect Hearing CAAB 141 Pone
403-234-8212. they suggested, I should add more funds, about Can 890.00 dollors.and they gave me upgr3. unfortunately,
totalof $2890.00, This new upgrade unit had bit 10% better background noise but spoken words had no change at all. now
They suggested if I add another $500.00 dollars, they will provide me no. 1 unit agree to pay them but only problem was
Trial period, they refused me to give me trial period. if I do not agree, I should return the second unit. And they refunded my my 890..00. I could not under stand in spite of paying them $2000.00+890.00+500.00. they did not agree to give me trial period, Why I was insisting for this trial period, because my previous experience, was not satisfactory. If they were confidence
of your product I feel they should agree to my request of two weeks of trial period. my problem is this I had to accept the
4th unit, for which coasted me ,$2000.00 since time limit was expired. This unit. Virto B30-312 and CROS B-312 custom
I have with warr. 06-March 2025. I am not comfortable at all. I am not happy putting them on. I am 83 years old and I wasted almost 2 months in going up and down, so that I can buy good workable unit. I write to your head office , they did not reply. Can you suggest me what remedy you have for me. $ 2000.00 is grant from my government. I am sorry my English is

Tell us why here...The customer was issued a refund check and according to tracking it was delivered on 3/**/17 ([redacted] tracking [redacted]) As a result of the customer stating the check was not received, we had to confirm with the bank that the check was not deposited and request a stop payment.
