Each application is reviewed manually. Not only did you struggle through the entire assessment, but you also did not complete the essay portion. In fact in the essay portion you 30+ spelling errors and over grammatical errors. Including in your own words: "the wort part of this all is knowing I have just wasted the last now hours for nothing due to the lack of the minimum wordsit would be a miracle if I could type words in an hour when I do not type fast at all." On average this interview takes people 3-hours to complete, you took more than hoursYou applied for a Live Chat operator position which requires applicants to be able to problem solve, comprehend situations and type quickly and effectively with clients. I am rejecting this response because: what was said is not what was told to me as far as why I was not selected. Its fine they have the right to hire and not hire who they choose. However,  I still feel that I was not treated unbias but as far as they are concerned I was. There will be no agreeing with a company like Connecttowork.

We conduct ourselves openly and advertise transparent policies.  We have over 20 pages on our website describing in detail how we operate.  Ms [redacted] is a perfect example of the type of candidate we screen against.  We do care about each of customers, employees and...

contractors but applying in no way guarantees you will be selected and never do we suggest this.  We assess applicants based on merit and ability.  In cases like this where a candidate is upset about not being hired there is nothing we can do to make them "happy".  Our test was changed only to reduce the length of it and only one section was changed.  We are an equal opportunity employer and our interview process is completely unbiased in every way.   Unfortunately regardless of what we do, there will still be people who are unhappy.

I am rejecting this response because:Connecttowork provides training that address grammatical errors and it is stated in the training questions and answers section on their web site. Futhermore, I found the agency to be dishonest. I have accepted the fact that I am not the type of individual that Connecttowork cares to employ.   Also,  I do not believe they are the type of Company they portray to be and I do not care to be associated with them.
