I received your complaint today and wish to apologize to Mr. [redacted]. His laptop has been sitting on the shelf waiting on pickup since he did not pay...
for shipping. I will process his refund tomorrow thru PayPal. He will receive an email from PayPal and I will send everyone a copy of the refund tomorrow.
