I had CT Basement Systems level some concrete pool slabs in early June and the job was completed quickly and neatlyIn August it appeared one of the slabs was sinking and I contacted CBSI was expecting a Sales Associate to arrive and tell me that it would have to cost to raise it againTo my surprise, the installation team that did the original work returned on the and fixed the problem under the warrantyThis company is extremely easy to work with and it restores you faith in contractors honoring their original commitmentI wouldn't hesitate to use CBS again

I bought my home in 2001, and the first year I had water seeping in the basement I hired CT Basement Systems, and it was the best money I ever spent My basement has been bone dry ever since I have them come out annually to do their annual service, and their employees are friendly and hard-working

Sid and his team were nice, professional, and efficient Sid took the time to answer our numerous questions about some of the work detail, and he did so in a concise mannerHe and his team should be proud of not only the quality of the work they do, but also the manner in which they carry themselves

I am waiting for Connecticut Basement Systems to stat a project in SeptHowever, they are NOT meeting my expectations as they have already missed phase one of the project and are now going to combine it with phase twoAt this time they are functioning far below expectations

I am...

rejecting this response because: While they did come out on Wednesday, they indicated that they wouldn't do the other mitigating items until they were paid the balance. I told them I would pay the balance once I had a dry basement. They have taken my dehumidifier to try to fix it but may have it for more than 2 weeks. I will await their response once the dehumidifier is fixed. The technicians are very nice and personable but I still need a dry basement.
Sincerely,
