Review: Leased Printer from CBS four years ago it had broken down many times with in two months of taking delivery . Over three years ago we asked for a replacement only three months ago they replaced a bad copier, which was down with in two weeks during a important period with client presentation due. We have 8 months left on lease we want to ship back and have nothing to due with group. The copier has been down over a total of three to four months since CBS leased this copier to our business. We have been good customers for over 10 years but they have taken complete advantage of us. I have asked a number of times to see the service record to no avail I believe the company has been to service these two copiers at no less then 60-70 times. We can not run a marketing business with these kind of issues.Desired Settlement: Take the copier and end the last 8 months of the lease.

They are great until we buy the unit. Service... they are NOT respond service calls until we ask 2 or 3 times... Usually it takes 2 business days to technician to come our office. (as you know, during that time our unit is down and cannot work on anything...)
