The professional and personal manner when [redacted] came to our home was a pleasure for us. He understood exactly what we wanted and presented a contract that we felt was more than fair.
Later I thought of problem I had not considered when I signed the contract. I called [redacted] and explained we couldn't go through with the work and explained why. He asked me to wait so he could check out another option. He called a couple days later with a solution and a price change that was more than I could have wished for.
The awning was of an irregular shape and need some adapting to fit our main deck. When the crew came to install the awning, [redacted] and the other installers were also very professional and capable. It was another pleasure watching them work.
The awning is fantastic. I just got off the phone with [redacted] to have another deck area quoted.
