that he would get back to us about restarting He never contact us He was charges a cancellation fee as per the agreement of his contract
We have been in touch with him and have come to an agreement.%

According to our marketing program, this name opted in to receive information from us.  Further, according to our marketing program, this name has opted-out.  We have no other knowledge on who this person is, but certainly if she can provide the...

dates and times she called our office asking to be removed from any marketing contact, we can research this.  Since she is opted out there is no other information we can provide because we have no other information about who she is.  
Either way, anyone who opts-in to receive information about our practice has the same opportunity to opt-out.  While opt-ing out of any marketing campaign can take a couple days for any system generated program to catch up, filing a complaint with the Revdex.com is ludicrous and malicious.

Review: [redacted] has a robo-telemarketing campaign that repeatedly calls my home. I have contacted the office and left messages, emailed and spoke to the receptionist asking to be removed from the calling list. To no avail.Desired Settlement: Permenant removal from their lists.

Review: I went in for a free consultation. I told them I was considering doing the laser therapy. They had me sign paperwork and rushed me into starting the procedure. After I went home and discussed things with me wife, I decided not to do the laser surgery. I went to their office and let them know. I just received a bill for $250.00 for cancelling the procedure. I was never told and assume that is why I was rushed into signing the paperwork. Plus they billed my insurance and received a payment in the amount of $140.95, that I do not understand. They never did anything to me besides give me my free consultation. No work was ever done on me. If they received payment of $140.95 from my insurance then I shoult only be elligible for the balance of $146.95. What a horrible experience and I want people to know how they conduct their business. I now know why they were in such a rush to proceed with this. Not happy with this business at all.Desired Settlement: I would prefer not to have to pay anything but, if I do, it should be minus what they received from my insurance company. They billed them for chiropractic services that were never done to me. I should not have to pay any more than the balance of $146.95
