Connecticut Gutter

I contacted CT Gutters to have my gutters cleaned and to give me an estimate on additional work to be performed on my house. I contacted them on a Thursday and had someone to my house to do the work the following day. Instantly I was impressed with their scheduling and response. However their customer service dropped off dramatically from there. Upon arriving home I noticed that one of my elbow gutters had fallen off landing in the grass. The gutter is less than a year old. I called the following business day to express my concern. The Office Manager spoke with the technician who stated that he didn't notice and it must have fallen off before he got there. I find that hard to believe as it was attached before I left the home in the morning. The Office Manager stated that they were not going to fix it and I was responsible for fixing it. I was told that the elbow which fell off would be included in the price of the estimate.
The Office Manager never got back to me with the estimate on the additional work after a follow up phone call and email. When asked why I never received acknowledgement of my email I was greeted with "We are busy", doesn't take much to respond to an email with an email saying "We haven't forgotten about you we hope to respond to you in X days". Although I never saw the estimate, I’m sure they lost out on a lot of additional work. In the matter of one week's time their customer service managed to destroy a customer relationship.
