I had Dean come by to check on why my a/c had started to blow a fuse daily. As a new home owner I'm pretty un-educated with everything in my house. Dean was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to educate me on more than simply my issue but many things relating to it. Time was also taken to troubleshoot with me in order to figure out why my system wasn't working properly. There weren't assumptions made, the time was taken to get to the root cause. Dean also gave me two options that were far less expensive than buying a new unit. (Fingers crossed that they continue working!) Very pleased with the professional service I received. When my unit does finally give up (16 yrs old) I will be contacting CH&C to complete the job. Highly recommend.
