For your records, since the beginning of 2016, we have left two messages to pick up this recliner and through authorization of the manufacturer, send it back to them for repair and they will return it to us and we to them I have not had a response to the messages left for pickup but will
indeed try again today! Thank you for alerting us!

Review: In September of 2015 we purchased a leather recliner from CT Home Interiors. The mechanism to close the recliner does not work properly - you have to stand up and close with your foot. After multiple contacts to the store someone came out and sprayed WD40 on it and said it should be fine - it wasn't. We contacted the manufacturer directly, who suggested replacing the springs - the springs were sent to the store and after more than one call they took the chair and replaced the springs. This made the problem marginally better, but the average person still cannot close this chair. After contacting the manufacturer again (which by the way should have been done by the store, not by the consumer directly) - the manufacturer contacted the store on Dec 4, 2015 and asked that they pick up the chair, send it back to North Carolina for service, and then return the chair to us. The manufacturer has tried multiple times via e-mail to get the store to pick up the chair, but they have not acted on this.Desired Settlement: At this point I would request that the store pick up the chair and allow us to purchase another chair from this same vendor. Barring that, they should at least follow through with the manufacturer's suggestion to ship the chair back to them to be serviced (leaving us with no chair for who knows how long!!). due to the complete lack of customer service by the store, our fear is that they will take this chair, leave us with nothing, and we will not receive the chair back.
