I hired Andrew E*** to serve legal papers a month ahead of my court dateI didn’t receive email updates as promised, and my original copy did not make t to my door in time for my court dateI brought a faxed and printed copy with meThe court house told me he was not actually servedI sat in the courtroom for hours only for my hearing to be rescheduled

Andrew E*** (if this is his real name) of CTLegalProcess is a FRAUDBeware this is a scamI found E*** on ***He was the first to answer my enquiry and provide me with a reasonable costI sent the documents via ***He told me soon after that he no longer accepts *** and needs me to complete a Credit Card Authorisation formI agreedHe withdrew from the card multiple times almost reaching the credit card limitI called him to do a reversalHe gave me an itic excuse about his assistant, Jennifer, making an errorHe also said he contacted the bank and there would be a reversal in to hoursIt is now over months and there is nothingCalling him is often futileWhen I do get him and ask about the documents he cannot confirm that he served themI know that they were never served however he emailed at one point and said they were servedI asked him to send the AffidavitHe emailed me telling me to view the attachmentThere was no attachment to viewA few days later he told me that I should send him an Affidavit to signAfter several more lies from him, he said that he mailed the Affidavit and chequeI asked for the tracking number and that was when he disappearedIt is difficult being the victim of a scam but I decided not to keep quietIf I keep quiet then he will do this to othersMoney and time is wastedPlus, because this was a matter that involved children, they are also needless victimsI am sorry I ever saw the name Andrew E*** on ***

didn't receive the documentation, she received as she stated the emailed copy and that is admissible to court, Courthouses do not contact defendants in cases for her to make a statement the defendant was not served. And the original was mailed via regular mail as normal procedure to [redacted] at the address she provided on the paperwork I received from her, Until this initial complaint as the plaintiff received her emailed copy my office would only be able to say  everything was fine with the case.   Regards    Andrew E[redacted]
