Review: Set up a consultation with CT Pet Sitters, LLC at the end of November which took place Monday, December 2, 2013. Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] came to my home for the initial consultation approximately 5:45. Individuals in attendance were Ms. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] self), [redacted] (adult son) and the consultation lasted approximately one hour. During this time Ms. [redacted] and Mr [redacted] were introduced to three of the four dogs CT Pet Sitters would be providing care for. Had the opportunity to see and participate in the dog's normal evening take out routine. I addressed each of the dogs at length including their strengths, my concerns for each inclusive of the 4th dog who was not in attendance, where their respective food was kept, where they were fed (separately) etc. I was impressed with both Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] and was extremely excited to be connected for service.I requested the 12 hour over night service spanning from 8pm-8am daily beginning 12/6 through 12/14 and one additional PM let out on 12/15. We exchanged a few text messages while I was away and I checked for text messages sporadically while away. No texts were received except in response to a text that I initiated. I arrived home at approximately 1:00 am on 12/16 and all four dogs were healthy, however, my bedroom was "trashed". Apparently two of our larger dogs were allowed to roam and play anywhere within the house. There was dried dog feces scattered on my bedroom floor which is Pergo laminate flooring. Additionally, there was dried urine in several areas both in my room and upstairs hallway which was not cleaned up so the flooring puckered where the urine seeped through the joints. Items were pulled off of my dresser including chocolate, candy, makeup, a wig. Shoes from under my bed. Presents from the other side of my bed - chewed and strewn about. The futon bed was broken in the office. The bed was able to hold both of my children who collectively weigh 370 pounds - no vigorous activity.Desired Settlement: I was shocked and immediately texted Ms. [redacted] including pictures of the areas I was concerned with. I wanted to give them the opportunity to come by to view the issues in person prior to cleaning up the areas so there would be no question of the concerns. I asked for a partial refund to cover the cost of getting the bed repaired and Ms. [redacted] has refused stating she has provided the service as was discussed. I didn't ask for personal property damage in the dog care service arrangements.
