Review: was locked out of my [redacted] for late payment.spoke with collections.made suggested payment.pay period restarted before the lock was removed.billed again.

All I wanted was to have the lock removed so they could pick up the unit

I paid the suggested payment and was billed again before the lock was removed. I have had the unit for over a year, to the tune of $2500. I am disappointed with the treatmentDesired Settlement: wish to be credited for one month

Review: Pods wants to charge me 2x to fix a mistake they made when ignoring my written directions regarding a pod delivery.

On 5/13 PODS moved a pod I have been renting from them from one address to another at my request. I was charged $155.00 dollars for the move. As part of the order, there are WRITTEN instructions as to where to place the pod including where the POD door should face. The written instructions state that the pod opening should face the rear of the truck or the backyard of the property, away from the street. The reason for the request were two: ease of loading things into the pod and safety and privacy. When I came to the house the pod had instead been placed on the driveway facing the street, or the opposite direction I requested. I called the company 3 times and on the third time, after not getting anywhere with the sales representatives, I requested to speak with a manager. That request was also denied. The sales representatives told me the truck driver was claiming "someone" at the property told him to place the pod as he did. I told them there was no one at the property who would have done that and that even if it were the case, I was the only customer and the driver had written instructions where/how to park the pod. I kept being transferred from sales rep to sales rep, having to repeat my story just to then be told that they would be happy to schedule for the pod to be moved if I agreed to pay for it again. "if at the time of the move the driver decided that there was a 'good' reason the pod was parked at it currently is, then I would be charged, otherwise they would 'see what they could do'". Like I explained, there are CLEAR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS on how the pod should have been parked. First they say "someone told" them otherwise and then they try to imply there might have been another reason why the pod was placed as it did. The truth is only one: the driver didn't read his instructions. I shouldn't have to pay 2x for them to fix their mistake. Having the pod door facing the street is dangerous and unsafe not to mention it makes it harder to load things in it. I just need them to come and fix their mistake free of charge since I already paid for the service.Desired Settlement: I need them to come out and re-position the pod free of charge because I have already paid for the service. The driver failed to follow instructions when placing the pod and the customer shouldn't be charged twice because of it.
