Review: My insurance Company recommended these people to repair my home after a fire gutted it. They have not finished the job and will not respond to my pleas to do so. I have also requested reimbursement for items I was asked to purchase and was told they would reimburse me for and the manager refuses to respond or pay for items I gave him receipts for. Additionally, they have what items that survived the fire in storage. But, I have not had a return call or any effort to complete this job, reimburse me for items paid for to replace items lost due to the fire, and they still have my belongings.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for items they toldme to purchase: A bathtub, lighting, sinks, appliances. I would like a completed itemized bill. Moreover, I would like the job completed. The floor that was poorly installed was not fixed. Squeeks and badly damaged wood is still not repaired. unpained walls and windows that require replacement. A poorly functioning bathroom fan that I told them about needs fixing, They left a laundry list of items on my counter to be completed and it still is not.
