Guys from Connecticut Restoration, Increpaired sections of my roof that were installed/applied by an incompetent "handyman." The Connecticut Restoration guys were very knowledgeable, very capable, and very hard-workingI could not be happier with their professionalism and the final product of their labor and expertise
Review: We paid Connecticut Restoration to install a widows walk and rubber flat roof on our residence just over 3.5 years ago. that roof is now leaking. we called the owner of the company four weeks ago when we discovered the leak and he said he would come to take a look at it in two weeks. two weeks came and went and he never came. we have traded messages sporadically but he has never offered an explanation of why he has not come or when he will come. we ask ourselves what is his duty to us? we believe it is to repair the roof. if he cannot repair it then he should replace it. in talking with other professionals in the industry, a flat roof that was installed with good workmanship and materials should not be leaking so quickly.Desired Settlement: We want Connecticut Restoration to repair the defective flat rubber roof. if the roof cannot be repaired then they should replace it. if they do not have the time to repair/replace it then we should agree to hire another professional to make the repair with Connecticut Restoration paying the cost. because the roof continues to leak when it rains this is an urgent matter.sincerely, [redacted]

I am [redacted] and this concerns complaint #[redacted]. within a week of submitting the complaint to the Revdex.com the contractor, Connecticut restorations, came to my site to make the needed repair. they did so in a very professional and competent manner and my complaint was resolved satisfactorily.
