Review: I contracted with Connecticut Roof Crafters' owner, [redacted], for a new roof for my home In October 2012. The roof was installed on 10/25/12. In the written contract, he was to submit paperwork to the roofing manufacturer after completion of the job so I would obtain an enhanced warranty for the roofing materials. The cost of this enhanced warranty was included in the total price of the roofing job. During the past year, I have asked [redacted] for this warranty document verbally and in writing multiple times. The first email about this issue was sent to him on 4/13/12. The latest email that I sent to him was dated 10/15/13. Since my last email, I have not heard from him or received this warranty paperwork.Desired Settlement: I want the contractor to submit the documentation to the manufacturer so that the manufacturer sends me the enhanced warranty paperwork.

I have reviewed the complaint of [redacted] and was not aware that she had not received her warranty. All of the paperwork had been submitted to [redacted]. I got in touch with my [redacted] representative who will be looking further into this situation. I am quite positive I should be hearing from him very soon. As soon as I do I will contact Ms Saracino and give her an update. I apologize for not responding sooner but I had no idea that she hadn't received this warranty.
