Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:You can claim all day you want to help but you do not have the skills or expertise to helpI do not trust you or your business for multiple reasonsMy main reason is I brought the scooter to you which was making a racket, it was loud clattering and clearly an issue with the valvesYou claim it ran fine, it didn't run fine at allIt was sluggish, barely could make it up a hill, stalled out and it stalled right in front of your faceIt took full minutes to get up to mph and you think that is a good running engine? You should of found the problem right there and thenInstead you decided to neglect my concerns and go based on the fact the scooter is too new to have any issuesSince buying it from you my front shock absorbers are shot, I need new brakes, my top end blew due to a broken valve spring which was the noise I complained to you about and I had to realign hoses and strap them in properly because the scooter choked outWhich tells me your so called mechanic team never even went through this bike or properly checked it and if they did then they have no clue how to work on a scooter or motor bikeThis was all like this at miles when I brought it in miles to be exactFor you and your so called "technicians" not to notice this then your "mechanics" need some serious trainingI really am 100% positive not one of your "mechanics" are certified or have any legitimate background on actually working on motorsI do not trust you one bitYou sold me junkYou can claim all day you never see problems with these but I am living it nowI am done with you I wont answer your calls and I dont want to speak with you, you ripped me off and came up with excuses of why my problems werent what they areThis wasnt the first time you heard of these either so do not even lie about thatI called you twice about the same issue, I brought it in and you didnt even have the skills to diagnose a problemYou also didn't even give me any service record or paper work of what you even didYou cannot diagnose a scooter by just riding it, you need to run compression tests which you failed to do and had you done you would of found the problemI have saw your garage and I don't even recall seeing a motorcycle lift or any equipment to work on theseYou also duped me on the taxes and knowing the legality of registering these in my state because your employee Michelle told me she had a Mass resident try to register the Blaze before and had issues but both of you failed to tell me this before I purchased and didnt find out until it costed me $to register both my scooters and thats not including insurance I was told I wasnt going to needYou hid the truth from meAlso you told me my lance scooter could be derestricted no problem and that it was sufficient enough speed stock which was a complete lieIt wont even go over downhill my girlfriend cant even ride it because it is a serious risk and a death wish to bring on the roadYou tried to charge me $for a CDI (which is junk and does not even help the scooter) and the derestrictionI got a quote at another real mechanic for $49.99, and you wonder why I dont trust youYou never once told me about a delivery option either, had I known that I would of saved myself time and money by not having to drive there and the delivery with tax would of been cheaper then the 200$ in tax I paid aloneYou are honestly a piece of st and I want nothing to do with you or your con artist dealerYou are a con plain and simpleYou duped me and you know it and you will say anything to cover that like a true con artistDo not call me, do not contact me, delete me from your system todayI want you to take me out of whatever system you have me in because I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMERI will make sure everyone in the surrounding areas knows how you operate your businessMy scooter from day was wrong and had issues which you failed to address and properly diagnoseT*** *** *** *** from meJust so you know so you can stop calling me with your non sense excuses, I live hours away I will never bring my scooter to you unqualified goofsI brought it to a mechanic close by to me and they went through it and the scooter is better then it was brand newI rather have paid a mechanic and give them the business then bring it to you and have it ruined moreI will never in my life do business with you ever again and Ill make sure other people dont as wellPS your warranty is st and you lied about that one tooOn your website you say as part of CT scooter Pros Warranty every scooter is covered under a month 1k mile parts and LABOR warranty which you claim to not get anywhere else which was different from my manufacture warranty that only covered parts but yet when I asked you, you wouldnt honor that and told me I had to pay for laborAnother lie from a deceitful businessI hope other people arent ripped off as bad as me.
Sincerely,

*** I apologize that you are experiencing issues with your scooter, but I am not sure what we did to loose your trust or what we did to prompt a complaint with the Revdex.com? I have been completely honest with you since day one and I hope you see that I am genuinely trying to helpI am really
blindsided by this complaint since this is the first I am hearing about any of these problems with your scooterI don't understand how you can say that we don't care when you have not even brought these issues to my attention until now with this Revdex.com compliantNone the less, I am here to helpUnfortunately mechanical issues are out of our control, but your scooter has a warranty and I am glad to help with any problems, however it is important that you contact us to inform us of any issues as they occur so we can get it resolved under warranty as quick as possibleMaybe the Revdex.com is your way of contacting us and maybe you have had to contact the Revdex.com in the past to get results with other companies, however, we are sincerely here for you and want to help but a simple phone call is much easier and would get things resolved much quicker! When you first brought your scooter in over a month ago myself and our technicians test-drove it on multiple occasions and did not feel any loss of power or any issues other than the idle being a bit lowThe idle was adjusted and the scooter was running like newI understand you being concerned with people you don't know riding your new scooter, however we are fully licensed and insured and our technicians need to ride it in order to feel any problems or power lossThis is standard procedureAt the time, the scooter had less than miles on it and from years of experience I was confident telling you there was nothing to worry about based on the way the scooter drove and performedIt rode like a new Blaze scooter shouldNow, at miles, unfortunately you are claiming that you need to replace a top end in the scooterI understand you are far away and I really appreciate that you traveled all the way from Rhode Island to purchase your scooters from us, however we are required to diagnose the issues in person before a warranty claim can be processedI apologize that you are having an issue with your scooter but rest assured that our technicians are great at what they do and we can get you riding again in no timeThe Wolf Blaze is a great scooterWe sell a lot of them and we do not see many issues with them at all, however, I can assure you that we do stand behind our products and as soon as you bring it into our service center I will submit a warranty claim to get you up and riding ASAPBecause you have a warranty, there is no reason to be spending unnecessary money with a third party mechanicIf our hours of operation don't work for you I am always glad to stay open later for you like I did last time to work around your scheduleI have called and left multiple messages in an attempt to get this resolved, however I have not received any calls backLike I said in my messages, I am very easy to work with and care about you and want you to be a happy with your purchase and your experience, however I can only help if I know about problems like this when they occur and I can only help if there is an open line of communication. As far as the rest of the complaint, it is hard not take it personal but I understand you are frustratedAs the owner, myself and our entire team work very hard to provide the best customer service experience possible and I want you to feel the same love now as you did when you purchased your scootersWe did not get to where we are today by "conning" peopleWe have been growing rapidly for the last years by being honest and taking care of our customers by going the extra-mile and treating our customer like an extended part of our familyThis applies during AND after the saleLike I said, I have been 100% honest with you and I'm not sure how we lost your trust but I really hope you see that we are genuine and are here to helpI hope we can get this issue resolved as quick as possible and I hope through this process your perception of our business will change and you will once again be a happy customerI hope to talk to you soon.PS: Just so there is no confusion on taxes, OUT-OF-STATE CUSTOMERS DO HAVE TO PAY CT SALES TAX for ALL 49cc scooters since 49cc scooters are not classified as a motor-vehicle in the state of ConnecticutThis money goes directly to the State of CT Department of Revenue ServicesPER IRS TAX codes, the only time a sales is tax exempt is we deliver to a customer at their out of state residenceIn this example the delivery charge would be subject to CT Sales tax at 6.35% however the scooter its self would be sales tax exemptIf an out of state customer purchases a scooter that is 50cc or larger, the sale would be tax exempt because this is considered a motorcycle and the sales tax on a motorcycle or any motor-vehicle is paid to the state in which it will be registered at the time of registrationWe don't make the tax rules but we do have to follow themAny tax complaints will need to be addressed with the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue ServicesThank you!
