Just a terrible place, they have very poor customers service. Rented walkie talkies for a festival, not only they were expensive, they never worked. We were told we can not get our money back, they told us because we did not KNOW how to use it. Have been running a festival for many years and been using walkie talkies. Lost out on my money because of this place. This is NOT the first time I have rented from them, and I fell for it again, thinking that they have gotten better with their customer services and merchandise.
The merchandise seem to look like they have been sitting on the shelves for years. Very dark and dreary.
They keep you waiting because they attend to you, mind you I was the only person in the store.
How this place is in business is beyond me.
