We would like to clearify that this complaint isn't with Connectionz Plumbing heating and air but is a complaint with thermwise energyAfter the completion of the install of the furnace and air conditioning system model and serial numbers were provided to [redacted] and his wife for the rebate process About a week after the install [redacted] called requesting further assistance with rebate informationAlex was sent to his home and rebate paperwork was filled out and given to ***s wifeAbout another week after that [redacted] contacted myself directly and expressed frustration with the complexity of the rebate processBecause we want to help make his life easier I had my office manager Ben call [redacted] and he filled out the rebate online and submitted it for himI want to re iterate that we are a plumbing and heating contractor and we have no ability to change how fast or in what way thermwise worksFerthermore we have gone above and beyond in trying to insure our customer with the highest level of customer satisfaction by going as far as to fill out a customer rebate and send it into a third partyNone of ***s rebate complaints can be dealt with any further by our companyWe advise [redacted] take it up with the company issuing the rebate (questar gas/thermwise)As far as our warranties on our equiptment are concerned if for any reason the equiptment malfunctions or ceases to work property our office can be reached day or night at 801-896-thank you Dan J***

About another week after that [redacted] contacted myself directly and expressed frustration with the complexity of the rebate process. Because we want to help make his life easier I had my office manager Ben call [redacted] and he filled out the rebate online and submitted it for him. I want to re iterate that we are a plumbing and heating contractor and we have no ability to change how fast or in what way thermwise works. Ferthermore we have gone above and beyond in trying to insure our customer with the highest level of customer satisfaction by going as far as to fill out a customer rebate and send it into a third party. None of [redacted]s rebate complaints can be dealt with any further by our company. We advise [redacted] take it up with the company issuing the rebate (questar gas/thermwise).
