trouble completing her profile with connectRN. We did not hear from [redacted] until 8/31/17 at 2:23am where via email she reached out telling us that she had completed her profile (see second attached screenshot). I did not hear from [redacted] before then, and she had never expressed any concerns to me about sending any documentation over to me before filing this complaint. Between the time of our initial contact and the time that she submitted the complaint, we did not receive any emails or phone calls as she has expressed. We since have made contact with [redacted] and cleared any concerns she had about our business and our credibility. We still plan to continue with onboarding for [redacted].
