roof for a leak last Spring and was told it had been leaking for 4-years (but we had not been contacted until then)We made many attempts to contact the homeowner and even had an appointment set up with him, but he did not show upThe renter (who occupies the home but does not own it) would not let us in to inspect for the leakWe are happy to inspect once again, if they are willing to meet us there and grant us access

The roof NEVER leaked prior to the reroofing in The first time it rained after the reroofing the roof over the garage leakedBecause of this leak *** offered us a $refund which we accepted under the idea that he would fix the issueFast forward to last springI emailed the company, Heather emailed me advising the email was forwarded to *** and he would be in touchMy contact information as well as my husbands contact information was included in the email, NEVER did I get a callOur tenants last spring had ***'s name and company name given and were told there it was possible they would stop by to inspectI was advised by those tenants that never happenedWhen *** DID call earlier this week we immediately agreed on a time for *** to meet with Brodrick(husband)to inspect the roof
