Connell's furniture is aware of Mrs***'s issues with her Love seat.We are using the proper channels and steps that the manufacturer has asked us to take to properly service her Love seat.Connell's Furniture does not have the means to loan furniture to customers while service is taking place.We are going to do everything we can to get her service done in a timely manner according to the manufacturers warranty requirements.Thank youCurt Connell

We have been in contact numerous times and have replaced parts in accordance with [redacted] .I have talked to our service department numerous times about the problems Mrs [redacted] is having and want to get her problems taken care of for her.From my understanding the issues seem to be more with the comfort of the product she purchased and not with product failure.If Mrs [redacted] would like us to come to the house to inspect her issues further we are willing to do so free of charge.Mrs***'s furniture is still under full factory warranty and Connell's Furniture is willing to help.ThanksCurt Connell
