font-family: arial, sans-serif;">  So I did reach out to the customer yesterday afternoon.  I spoke with the individual and he assured me that he was no longer upset at the situation, and I apologized for any inconvenience that my representatives may have caused.  He was frustrated because of the continual pursuit by our client to upgrade the services for his business locations.  He was overrun with continual phone calls and other means, from different vendors not associated with our business, but all working on behalf of our client.  He said with the continual pursuit, combatted with my associate visiting him in person he had some initial frustration with the constant contact about this.  I assured him that we will add him to our Do Not Contact list, so that he would not be bothered by an reps from our company again, and he was appreciative of that.  He did not seem to be very upset or concerned with interaction moving forward, and the rep who he had the interaction did get coached and reprimanded.  We take pride in servicing our clients with the upmost respect to their customers, and any conduct not reflecting this is a very serious concern of ours.  I am pleased to be able to have any situations like this brought to my attention, so we can address them directly.  We do in fact work on behalf of the [redacted] in regards to their commercial customers here in the area, but much like all vendors of our client, are an outsourced marketing company, and this should have been expressed clearly to the customers.

Review: Two people walked into my office unannounced, claimed to be from [redacted] and said they needed to update my phone service and they would be sending out a tech in 2 weeks, possibly sooner, if we could take advantage of someone canceling their appointment. They made it sound like they were here on a service call, where they were updating lines. I was skeptical and asked again if they were from AT&T, and they said yes, showing me a badge with the [redacted] logo.They asked one my employees to move so they could sit, and sat down inside my office for 20 minutes while they were on the phone with someone trying to get some info on "my account". After the phone call, they tried to get me to sign some paperwork to switch my phone service. I questioned again whether they were from [redacted], and they answered yes, and said there's an [redacted] logo on the form. I refused to sign anything, and asked them to leave. Upon research, I found the company they are with is called Connelly, Inc. It's a sales/marketing company in San Diego. They are not employed by [redacted] as they repeated represented themselves to be. They are committing fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to never contact me again, and to change their sales practices. They should be reported to the DA's office for fraud.
