I have mold issue, and no heat/air. The town of [redacted] contact the company on 12/17/2015 about this issue. I was told on 12/18/2015 by this company that when they have someone then they will send someone out. They don't know when. It is 12/19/2015 35 degrees outside, inside the house it is 50 due to heaters running. I have two children under the age of 18 living with me. They don't care, because they don't live here. The mold issue has been a over a month my children and I suffer upper respiratory problems, and chronic migraines. This is a urgent manner, and need to dealt with.
