Poor customer service. Been over two weeks and haven't looked at unit. Same as the other reviews, woman is VERY unprofessional that answers phones. She told me today, "it's only been 2-3 weeks". Well, when I dropped it off, nobody said that it would be several weeks before they even looked at it. I'm not sure how much longer it will be before they look at it, but I'm picking it up tomorrow and will take my business elsewhere. Again, same as other reviews, she told me "let me check and I'll get right back with you today". Bunch of lies. They need to get more honest and professional people to work there...
