Connett Services has ZERO Good Faith Follow-up after they sell you a furnace. They actually made it sound like it was my fault that their technician left no notes, had no idea what they were supposed to fix. So I call back, they say they will call... no call. So I call back...they say they will call back... no call. Finally.... we have no clue what is going on but the part will be $700.00. REALLY?
