Revdex.com:I have reviewed my electric bills again and stand by all the statements made in the original complaint: My account was credited a cash-back amount on the August bill, and my running account total was increased by this same amount on the September bill. Cash back decreases the electric charges; at no time would it increase.Our Member Services Department is available Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. to answer any specific account questions.

As Connexus Energy has been doing for 6+ months, they are avoiding the issue all together. They are running a scam. My bill is more than 50% more than it should be just because they say so. I won't be strong armed by a corporation for extra $ just because they say so. I owe 140.10 out of the 320.10 they say I owe. And I will not pay the extra. I've pleaded with them while they screw me around for months. My bill this month is 97.07 and I only owe 60.07 of that amount. They hike my bill up almost 30% with their 2 separate 15 dollar BS charges in 1 month and im not going to pay them. Its time they took responsibility and removed the extra charges. 2 seperate 15 dollar charges and the 150 charge as well. Then at that time I will pay the remaining 140.10
