For the money we spent on getting our entire parking lot re-done, we are less than satisfied (understatement) with the overall job. We did not have it dug up and replaced. We contracted to have the cracks filled in and some other cosmetic work. It seems like the job that was done could have been accomplished at half the costs and it almost looks as it did before the repairs.
Had we known what it was going to look like after it was finished, we would not have had it done.

Review: This company plows the snow in the development I live in. One of their drivers backed into the front of my wife's car and damaged it. They did not want to provide us with their insurance information (as stated on their website) which is the law that they do so even after being contacted by the police who also told them that it is the law to provide that information regardless of how they want to pay for the damage. I have asked repeatedly and although they offered to pay for the damage (preliminary estimate $2,400), My wife and I do not feel comfortable without a formal arrangement. They have all but said that they do not want their rates to go up (as if that is our concern). We just want our car fixed correctly and fully paid for without any complications about who will pay the remaining balance which my wife and I feel we would be stuck with after the car is fixed. They told the autobody shop they would pay the $2,400 after being told that is not the final cost. They calim to be a reputable company, but what company hits your car and then doesn't want to provide you with their insurance to pay for it but instead insist that you accept their solution to making you whole. The wer suppose to call us back the same night of the accident but never did and in my opinion only contacted us back when the property manager called to find out why they were reluctant to provide us with that information. We now have to go through the police to get the insurance information.Desired Settlement: We would like their insurance information that covers this type of accident so we can file a claim and get the car fixed and have a rental while the car is being fixed.

Review: Mj C[redacted] installed my new Driveway June 4, 2013. We have noticed that each time we sweep the drive there are pebbles coming up. There are also areas that "puddle" every time it rains. They sealed my landscape border rocks into the driveway. Both my wife ans I have called and left messages and I spoke to Lynn C[redacted] who promised that she would turn it over to "her Boss". her boss is her husband. We have not received the courtesy of a call back nor has anyone come out to check it out.Desired Settlement: We want to have our driveway look like what we paid MJ C[redacted] $5,100 for.
