[redacted] Printing has never had a complaint before with any legitimate customer with the Revdex.com Unfortunately we tried to please a woman From [redacted] in Andover and she is attempting to cheat us for the second time [redacted] owed $from a print job back in and she never paid.(her husband talked us into writing the bill off at the time) [redacted] has spoke with several employees and as well as the owner, several times, but she is never satisfied She attempted to bully the front office and my wife but they just stopped listening to her lie about her order The mailing was printed and delivered to the post office, and [redacted] personally communicated to me the owner of this business, that she was ready for the mail to be delivered when we spoke on June 15, The [redacted] page even advertised her upcoming sale starting on June 16, The mail was sent out standard mail and normally it takes 7-days for delivery but this mailing was delivered the next day and she was upset that it arrived so early We can't control the post office and she has been extremely rude with every person she has spoken with and we just all stopped communicating with this rude woman

I have never been rude in dealing with another business I was never able- not one time- to speak with someone on the phone They only responded to me via email and I was put off every time I called- that no one was available to speak with me I had no idea that there was another order with an issue No one would speak to me to explain what they were referring to And I still don't know what they're referring to I paid most of the bill- withholding $500- for their error I have an email clearly stating the date the cards were to be put in the mail How is that a refutable fact? I had to scramble to post on my website and *** about the sale since I was not remotely ready for the sale I have never harassed anyone I have simply been trying to understand why no one will speak to me and address the fact that they mailed the cards earlier than they said they would
1. Mr*** said I spoke with several employees as well as the owner. This is false. I spoke to a receptionist several times, asking to speak to the owner, manager, anyone who could actually address the issue. And every single time I was told that person was not available. One time I even said, “But they just emailed me!” and the receptionist answered, “How am I supposed to know where they are emailing from?"2. Mr*** also said he called and spoke with me on June 15th which is also false. To my recollection we did not speak at all about the final printing or mailing.3. He says that I am rude- I have been nothing but cordial, but extremely frustrated. I have never once spoken rudely to any of his employees. The rudeness comes from their incredible lack of customer service. What kind of owner will not take a call from an unhappy customer.4. He also asks why we are here (at the Revdex.com). We are here because of their refusal to take my calls. They did not just stop communicating with me as he states. My last email to them was that I refuse to continue to discuss this issue through email and that if they wanted to discuss it further, they would need to pick up the phone. Which they did not do.5. Lastly, I do not want to be using the Revdex.com as a forum for my complaint. I just want them to leave me alone. I apologize that there was an older issue that they are not happy about. I was not aware of it. However, that doesn’t excuse the awful way they have dealt with me.I understand the issues of being a small business owner. It is not easy. None of us can afford bad service or bad intent. This was not mine in addressing this issue, but I chose these people to do a certain job, and part of that job was to mail on a certain date- which they did not do- thus affecting my business.If a politician asked for something to hit on a certain date- it would be critical that they do so. I don’t understand how they find this excusable.In addition, I appreciated that they did the bulk of their job. That is why I paid the majority of the bill.I really just want everything to go away.
