Dear Revdex.com, *** *** did have a water leak in her kitchen that was discovered by pest controlAs soon as it was discovered, my Service Team started tearing out her lower cabinet to assess the damage and fix the situation, which was on Wednesday, October 11, When we found out that
the fix would need an outside vendor, we called for a plumbing company to fix the issue, who said that they’d be out the next morningThe next morning came and they never showed up so we called them again and they told us they were still stuck on another project and would be here later that dayLater that day came and they never showed up, which got *** *** really upset and prompted her to write this letter on Thursday, October 12, The plumbing company then made us aware that they wouldn’t be able to come out until that evening around 11pm.That was not going to work out well with the residentWe decided to call other companies but no one would’ve been able to assist us until Friday, October 13, We had no choice but to wait until the next morningSince *** *** did not have water or a kitchen that was functional that evening, I went and got her a gift card for dinner and also gave her a key to a ready vacant unit for her and her family to have access to water for drinking and bathingThat Friday morning at 8:45am the plumbing company came to install a new waste arm and a new water heaterIt was an all-day fixThey were able to use their water and kitchen once they were done later that Friday and going forwardMonday, October 16, my Service Team made sure her kitchen was put back together properly and also installed new kitchen cabinet lowersOn Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 8:a.m., the work order was completed and closed out in our system. I spoke with *** *** apologizing again and offering her a $concession off of her November’s rent due to the inconvenience she experiencedShe accepted the concessionWe haven’t heard anything from her since it’s been corrected and I will continue to follow up with her. Respectfully

In regards to the attached case Mrs***’s daughter signed a month lease with our property *** *** ** *** **. Part of the lease approval process either requires a deposit being paid of $or have an approved Guarantor. The Guarantor must pass our credit background and
supply proof of income as stated on there guarantor form. On June 25th her daughter did have a guarantor pass our credit background, but did not supply proof of income until the end of July. At which time the proof of income was sent in the lease was fully approved. We are expecting Mrs*** daughter to move in to her apartment per the lease terms starting August 19th
