Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] did have a water leak in her kitchen that was discovered by pest control. As soon as it was discovered, my Service Team started tearing out her lower cabinet to assess the damage and fix the situation, which was on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. When we found out that...

the fix would need an outside vendor, we called for a plumbing company to fix the issue, who said that they’d be out the next morning. The next morning came and they never showed up so we called them again and they told us they were still stuck on another project and would be here later that day. Later that day came and they never showed up, which got [redacted] really upset and prompted her to write this letter on Thursday, October 12, 2017. The plumbing company then made us aware that they wouldn’t be able to come out until that evening around 11pm.That was not going to work out well with the resident. We decided to call 3 other companies but no one would’ve been able to assist us until Friday, October 13, 2017. We had no choice but to wait until the next morning. Since [redacted] did not have water or a kitchen that was functional that evening, I went and got her a gift card for dinner and also gave her a key to a ready vacant unit for her and her family to have access to water for drinking and bathing. That Friday morning at 8:45am the plumbing company came to install a new waste arm and a new water heater. It was an all-day fix. They were able to use their water and kitchen once they were done later that Friday and going forward. Monday, October 16, 2017 my Service Team made sure her kitchen was put back together properly and also installed new kitchen cabinet lowers. On Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 8:44 a.m., the work order was completed and closed out in our system.  I spoke with [redacted] apologizing again and offering her a $250 concession off of her November’s rent due to the inconvenience she experienced. She accepted the concession. We haven’t heard anything from her since it’s been corrected and I will continue to follow up with her. Respectfully
