We signed a contract with this company in late summer of 2019 to remove downed trees from a big storm. They came removed the trees left a big mess in yard after telling us they would pile brush and branches in piles around property. We got one HUGE pile in yard and rest laying all over . Talked to them about coming to take the root balls from downed trees also. Would pay extra for that. Never happened. Had to call or text multiple, multiple times before we would get anyone to call or text back. Always had some excuse for not contacting us or doing things on our property. The contract states purchaser agrees to mail payment to seller by the 30th day and recurring thereafter after the first ticket of delivery and or wood hauling begins for the timber cut, delivered to customer recorded the proceeding calendar month period. We have been waiting since Sept. 2019 to get payment for the logs. Have contacted them multiple times and either don't get a response or he will look into. At one point he told us the amount we will get and said we should get a check soon. It is now Feb.2020 and still waiting. Texted him and after several a temps he finally answered and said we should have gotten it and he will look into it when he goes into the office. That was over a week ago again and still haven't heard back. Text him again and have not heard back. He answers better if texting then calling. But that is still far in between reaching out to him. We know two other neighbors that are having the same issue. Promise of payment and it never comes. We have given him ample time cause we know he was over whelmed with business do to huge storm damage, but we are done waiting. Its time to take action. Have been trying to be patient but enough excuses, we want this over so we can finish the clean up of our property which will never be the same and take years to get the mess cleared up.
