Customer service is number one in our business. Unfortunately for the patron, that night was extremely busy(peak night of the season) and there was no way around lines. Our VIP customers paid quite a bit more money to access the attraction first. We are very sorry
for your experience. How can we make things right?

Hi,The line was long that evening due to high demand. Anyone who purchased a ticket got through the haunted attraction. If they did not use their tickets they can use them next yearThank you

We are sorry you had a bad experience at one of our haunted nights. That particular night was at our peak time and the wait time was long However, there was little or no line at the VIP line that night. And we did not experience long lines the other nights during our Haunt
season. Our policy regarding No refunds is clearly posted at our registers, our website and ***. No unfair or deceptive practices were exercised.We offer to you (four) complimentary upgraded (VIP) passes for any night during our Haunt seasonPlease come by to see us after we open on June 15, 2018. Thank you

I would like a full refund. I understand the night was very busy and was willing to wait the time we were told (an hour and a half) when purchasing our tickets. However, after paying and immediately learning the time in line would be a lot longer, we were not given the option to receive our money back due to the no refund policy. Having to wait three and a half hours was totally unacceptable. I understand that patrons paid a lot more for the VIP line, however, no consideration was given to those who also paid for the event and were told an hour and a half wait.

Hi,The lines were long that evening, however, everyone did make it through.  The customer can  use the tickets next year if they did not use them that evening. Thank you

You say everyone got through, however that is because plenty of people left because they had to get home, like my friends and I. I am still very dissatisfied with the management of the event and would just like a refund. I don't plan on coming back.

The line was very long that evening, it was our peek night.  Our cashiers did inform customers there was a long wait.  The VIP option was available with little or no line.  The haunted cornfield and the flashlight maze remained open until everyone got through that...

evening.  We will gladly honor the tickets for the 2018 season.
